Green Zoanthids

The best way we could think of to help you find the zoas you want or have been looking to indentify is via the main colour, although we may not have chosen the colour that is seen most on the zoanthid in question we have selected the most dominant colour to the viewer and placed them into colour categories in this way. You can use our advanced search if you wish to find zoas with specific colours from the zoanthids anotomy chart.

  • Gecko Eyes  (Zoanthus gigantus)

  • A good sized mid green zoa with dark circular patterns. The contrast between the mid green of the disc and the neon green mouth look great and to finish off with light pink/violet lashes is a little but special.
  • Goblin eye  (Zoanthus)

  • One of the smallest zoas you will find before the micro zoa family. This little gem has a real glow about it with a dull exterior of mostly brown with a grey hint but a middle ring that burst with a bright green almost neon look due to the contract with the rest of the zoa, the dark oral cone also adds to the impact of the green.
